We understand that going through the loss of a baby can be really difficult and have a big impact on mental health. Going through a new pregnancy after a loss may also have a big impact on mental health and can be an anxious journey. It can be hard to know where to turn for support, especially in different cultures and communities. We have collected some details for organisations who can offer a safe space and mental health support.

If you know of an organisation that belongs on this list, please get in touch at hello@willowsrainbowbox.co.uk.
