Pregnancy after loss in the workplace

Being pregnant after loss can be an incredibly difficult experience and – just as with baby loss – it can have a huge impact on people at work.

Many workplaces are now starting to consider how they can support their employees through the loss of a baby and some have HR policies to cover this or have staff who have attended training. There is limited consideration for subsequent pregnancy and how this too can impact on employees. We have put together a resource to help employers open up this conversation with their employees going through pregnancy after loss – and to create a support plan with them.
