Use our mood tracker to log your mood each day during pregnancy. Print off 2 sheets for 40 rainbows – each representing one week and each section of a rainbow represents a day. There is space at the bottom to choose your colours and add extra moods depending on what feels right for you.
Based on the Circle of Control/Influence theory by Stephen Covey – this template is for you to create your own circle of control for your pregnancy after loss journey. The idea is to think about and write down what things worry you but are in your control, outside your control and things you might be able to control. It’s a way to visualise and help you rationalise, make decisions and think about how you’re feeling.
