It’s important to love yourself and have confidence in yourself on this journey. We have a few resources below to help you to relax and focus on you. 

You can download a hypnobirthing track which has been donated by Positively Pregnant in Northumberland. This track is specifically for the other parent, to help focus and help to reduce anxiety. 

  • Think about what you can control. Looking after yourself and your health is important to help you on this journey. Make sure to eat well and sleep well.
  • Try  to access some fresh air and open spaces – this can really help to improve wellbeing.
